My wife will be getting her aesthetician license and is licensed to do nails in Oklahoma, but we will be moving to Florida this coming summer. Does anyone know if her license/s will be recognized in Florida or what she will have to do once we move to Florida to have a recognized license?Is my Oklahoma aesthetician and nail tech license good in Florida?
The Florida board of cosmetology recognizes reciprocity for applicants who are licensed in another state with licensing requirements equal to or greater than Florida's. It looks like Oklahoma's manicurist license requires 600 hours of training. her liscense will be recognized. My friend did that only she moved to michigan. A nail liscence is the same everywhere.
