Dutchess, I do not know of one in Florida, but I do know of one New Mexico Junior College, here in New Mexico. Tuition is relatively cheap and the nail tech program I believe is like 1 semester.
All you would need to do is come rent an apartment for a few months get your nail tech class and go take your exam. Who knows you may like it here in New Mexico.
