Does anyone know if i need to renew the cosmetology licensed (and how) or if i can some how do a ';partial'; renew? (for nails only) And how would I go about doing that? Some one please help!!!!!! This sight has info on renewals that have expired. When you renew your cosmetology license you can still do nails.
