HELP: NAIL TECH with Severe THumb Pain?

im a nail technician and ive been doing alot of clients daily and ive noticed that the muscle under my thumb is very sore and the joint in the middle of my thumb just throbs whenever i bend and lock it in the position of holding a clients finger. is there anyway to prevent this from turning into carpal tunnel if it hasnt already?HELP: NAIL TECH with Severe THumb Pain?
With your thumb bent, press into it with your other thumb at the bottom inside joint and hold it there for 30 seconds. Then slowly open your thumb up all the way, release the pressure but hold your thumb like that for one minute longer. If you still have trouble, move up to the bottom of the next joint and do it again.HELP: NAIL TECH with Severe THumb Pain?
Put some heat on it to relax the muscle. I don't think it's carpel tunnel yet just watch it and if it gets worse go to the doctor.
