Well, well ,well. It takes a special kind of person to dare to enter the realm of nail and nail decorating. If you think you have the drive and desire to make the commitment then you might just have the right stuff. But most of you out there in Answerland just talk the talk and don't have the jimmies to walk the walk. You need to go to a beauty school. Check with the schools in your area because the length of schooling varies.
It depends on where you live. Laws change from state to state, so the only people that can really tell you are nail techs in your state, the licensing board in your state or the schools. Check out different schools in your area also, some require you to get your full cosmetology license and others allow just nail tech certification.
